The email should include: order number, contact number, reason for return, relevant proof (if any photos/videos), and payment account information.

We will review your application as soon as possible. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

For all orders approved for return within 90 days, we will cover the return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund via your original payment method.

3. Important Notes

Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of receipt.

Goods returned for personal reasons must be in their original condition.

Subjective preferences (e.g., "not as expected," "slight color difference," etc.) do not qualify for a refund.

Returns for personal reasons may incur a deduction of the original shipping cost.

For returns after the deadline or goods that are no longer suitable for resale, we may refuse the return or charge a 30% restocking fee.
